i am like you i have tried every supplement on the market. never knowing which one will work or not. i recently had one of my friends try a new supplement thats based on a lot of old research. pretty much back in the early 90s creatine was invneted. when it came out people were gaining 10 pounds and strength increases were even bigger. i can remember the pumps during a work out being so intense. a lot has changed since then. i havnt seen any product similar to the old stuff and let me iriterate . dog creatine which smelled like fruity pebbles and blew you up like a deer tick in mid july. probably the best creatine i ever saw and tried. our football team gained an average 40 pounds on our max bench. 4 reps on our rep bench. and 4-5 pounds of weight gain. again that was the average. then there was the eas stuff that was so potent it would make you hold so much water you looked like the michilin man . but it also made you super strong. i took tons of it as a kid. it also tasted like eating rocks. gave you major stomach upset. but it did work. nothing ever compared to the two. so 1 company made what every one back then couldnt make something just like dog creatine but with no powder. its more of a paste. the trick is the carrier for creatine. creatine is basically the energy in a cell. its one of the basic parts in the krebs cycle. or.how a cell creates energy. the cell needs some type of carrier a carbohydrate in sugar form or a straight up saline carrier. meaning sodium or sugar will bring the creatine to the cell at the mitochondria. this is where all the creatine product fall short . non can bring you creatine in its basic form with out denaturing the creatine into phosphacreatine. or into just degrading the creatine into worthless junk. thousands of companys marketed creatine products in liquid form. i remember one selling a ton , people said it worked and others said it didnt . i am still not sure to this day but eas did test it. it came up containing zero creatine at all. that pretty much ended the company that is how powerful duchaine and phillips were at the time. but if you do some research eas was the only other company that made creatine at that time. so they owned the market. and the liquid was out selling eas 3-1 after that atticle came out it was over. then mucletech came out with creatine
and then they made the powerful celltech. which became the best selling creatine product ever. until they changed it and ruined if. again cell tech contained the carrier. as tehy coppied the dog creatine way and kept to powders.
here is the problem with creatine .
when you take plain creatine with no carrier your stomach acid will destroy nearly 70% of it just as phase one. the more you take the more your stomach will get upset. thats because creatine is a heavy molecule being found in red muscle tissue ( red meats are higher in creatine) thats due to carriers. large animals eat lots and lots of carbs and that breaks down into carriers for creatine and the krebs cylcle.
super creatine power is a new old supplement. i say new and old because its new to the market but old science. but was never available till now. ita cheap 35 buks for a 2 month supply.

what i got from it was this. i got pumped up i took a double dose just because ive used so many creatines in the past . i got so pumped up it reminded me of dog creatine. next i didnt have to swallow it. you can let it disolve in your mouth. which it had a sweet taste to it. thats the carrier. next i gained 20 pounds on my bench so far. and i gained back 3 pounds of msucle. i feel fantastic. i think its an awesome product so awesome i joined the company. which they have a total of 8 products all based around carriers. their test booster is there best selling product. so if the creatine is that good i cant wait to try the teat booster.
